MISSION 1
Retired Prof. RRK Sharma wrote 781 working papers in the field of management / industrial engineering (in 6 book volumes during 2019-2022). Around 200 of these working papers have been converted into journal articles / international (national) conference proceedings of repute. It is primary mission of the company to convert remaining working papers (around 550 – 580) into journal articles / international (national) conference proceedings. We plan to take help of Research Scholars, PhD / M.Tech / MBA / UG students and others to accomplish this task on mutually agreeable terms.

Second mission of the company is to provide quality management training to company executives and students pursuing career in management at affordable price.
MISSION 3
Third mission of the company is to advise corporates on complex management problems for a fee. Retired Prof. RRK Sharma has expertise in all areas of management (except Taguchi Methods / Quality Engineering / Finance Area) that is supported strong publication record.
